In 2016 The Art of Soulful Inspired Living Beyond Loss was inspired as a personal path to survive child loss for the second time. In such a vunerable state of mind I wasn’t quite sure how to go about navigating a healing journey but I was certain I needed one.

Day by day, I felt driven to seek out the healing practices I’d learned along the way in my study of the spiritual and healing arts since the loss of my first daughter many decades ago.

I began by implementing experiences into my life that assisted in releasing, restoring and replenishing my body and soul and I was inspired to call these experiences soulful inspired adventures.

In my process of healing I began to feel a sense of restored peace in my changed reality. I began to live consciously with mindful awareness of everything in my life.

I observed the healing effects of compassion and kindness, the exquisite beauty of nature and the uplifting quality of creativity, music and art.

I found solace in meditation, reiki energy, the spirit realm and connecting with my heart and soul in new ways.

I experienced comfort in receiving confirmation that life and love continue on and that our departed loved ones live alongside us offering love and encouragement.

In soulful intuitive journaling I gave words to the pain and to the healing, I expressed in writing my complicated grief and I listened for comfort, solace and support.

I looked upon Soulful Inspired Adventures as a way to celebrate life in memory of my loved ones or to feel them near. As each day passed I sought ways to soothe my soul, nurture my body and open my heart, again bit by bit. In this healing process I became stronger, more purposeful and more soulfully adventurous.

As I continued on this journey I sought to immerse myself in study and became a reiki master as well as certified in advanced mediumship, spiritual, therapeutic art and happiness life coaching.

I expanded my soulful expressions in writing, photography & graphic art out into the world with the pure intention of encouraging others along in their courageous life journey.

My passion today is to inspire you to live an uplifted and resilient life beyond loss and through challenging life circumstances and to appreciate the loving support that is available to you from the spirit world in unlimited ways.

BEING MINDFUL of the simple beauty and magic in life such as a beautiful butterfly floating by, a dolphin sighting, a bird’s song or bunny’s visit, a favorite flower blooming in your garden, sky-watching a sunset or sunrise over the mountains or the sea, expressing yourself in singing, painting, photography or writing, a delicious beverage or culinary experience, traveling to a delightful destination, a visit with cherished family or friends, a nurturing self care activity or any other soulful inspired adventure will clearly open your mind, nurture your spirit, fill your heart with joy, delight your senses and expand your horizons beyond your current life experience.
