Hello Beautiful Souls,
Welcome to Week Three of Gratitude Challenge 2020
As Thanksgiving approaches we are reminded of so many things that touch our hearts and souls with sadness and joy during this month of gratitude. Whether it be loved ones we long for who just recently left us or have been in the spirit world for some time, remembering them with a smile and a little heartache feels right.
In this year of a pandemic with tighter restrictions being implemented around the country family gatherings outside of our immediate family are not recommended leaving many people to experience separation and this year who would otherwise celebrate this holiday with family friends or neighbors.
Finding ways to stay connected with those who mean the world to you and to be thankful for smiles, thoughtfulness and generosity this season is a valuable and worthy endeavor, even when your emotions are a bittersweet mixture of sadness and joy.
May this Gratitude Challenge prompt you to reflect on the ways in which others play a role in your emotional wellbeing and happiness.
I send you love in abundance and a big and thankful hug for your presence in my life.
