Many times in our lives stress and anxiety may play a role in how we feel. It may be due to the devastating loss of a loved one or we may experience a different type of traumatic loss in the way of our livelihood, relationships, income, health and stability.
Usually, in these situations, our stress, anxiety and fear is our own. It is as unique as our personality, life and situation. At this time, however in this world-wide crisis, we may be challenged with concerning fears or facts about our loved ones, those in our community and in the world.
We are all collectively experiencing an unusual level of stress and anxiety
…. and it is real.
The manner in which we handle this on-going stress varies from moment to moment, depending on our mindset, our personal philosophy and whether or not we experience support, compassion and kindness as we walk this emotional journey.
