Soulful Greetings,
Week Two of the Soulful Inspired Adventures Challenge brought beautiful experiences into my life through various adventures including heart inspired, nature inspired, zen inspired and cuisine inspired.
Each day brought about an uplifting and enjoyable shared adventure for myself and at least one other. The mutual exchange of light and energy that transpires when we give our full attention to embracing the present moment is a wonderful gift for all who are blessed to be a part of the exchange.
In the mindful, intentional living approach there are many times when in the process of providing self-care for yourself that others are additionally uplifted and soul-filled by your presence.
It is in this moment that the magic occurs and the healing takes place. Allowing yourself to be fully present and mindful of your surroundings and of the experience that is taking place will add beauty and lightness to your life that may otherwise be overlooked.
Live Creatively:
Creativity is an avenue for soulful, expressive healing.
Express your true self with authenticity and adventure as you explore new art forms or re-connect with familiar skills in a new way.
What type of artistic endeavor feeds your soul and adds a colorful lift to your life?
May your expressive nature be cultivated and fulfilled as you let your imagination run wild.
Savor the Flavor:
A mindful and wonderful way to allow yourself to be uplifted by the enjoyment of a favorite beverage.
Whether it be your morning coffee, mid-morning smoothie, afternoon tea or evening glass of wine I invite you to savor the moment and the taste of delight.
Dream in Color:
Be mindful of the beautiful ways in which you can add a colorful lift to your life.
Immerse yourself in your favorite colors or luscious shades of the season,
What colors are you most drawn to this month that brings you outrageous joy?
May you be surrounded by bright and happy shades of delicious color.
Shine Brightly:
Nature provides vibrant inspiration for all the world to see.
Let your light shine brilliantly and brightly in all you do and all you are.
What nature inspired activity or experience provides a lift to your body, mind and soul?
May your self-confidence and courage be elevated as you realize the depth and beauty of your soul.
Just Breathe:
Allow yourself a few moments each day to focus on your breath.
Allow it to calm and center you as you inhale radiant health and well-being and exhale whatever is no longer needed in your life such as pain, sadness, anger or regret.
What zen inspired activities may add a calmness, gentleness and ease to your life?
May you breathe into your being radiance, peace and tranquility.

Our food choices offer more than a nutritional benefit. They feed the soul in ways that are impossible to measure.
What type of cuisine or dining experience nurtures, nourishes and feeds your soul?

Dance Into the Magical with me this next week. Let the most adventurous part of yourself be filled with hope and passion to renew, restore and reclaim joy in your life.
